I like TRX as it is challenging! It is a perfect mix of strength training and cardio in a better combination. Kim is a great trainer and mixes up the moves so I am fully tired! I usually need small corrections on alignment and she always spots that. TRX is the best!
TRX is a way for me to cross train. I like working either one-on-one or with a small group. Kim is able to adjust the workout for either scenario. It is always a hard, strenuous workout.
