 We believe in FUNCTIONAL training – using your body as your machine to get stronger, leaner, and more fit.  You will learn how to engage your core and train multiple muscle groups at once, rather than sitting on a machine and engaging only one muscle (i.e. bicep curls on a gym machine).  Functional training also makes you better able to perform activities throughout your everyday life – whether it be running your next marathon, improving your golf or tennis game, or playing with your grandchildren.  We specialize in training on the TRX Suspension training system, using the bosu balance trainer, and providing high intensity training sessions that will give you results!

 Trainers provide accountability and discipline. A good trainer will also make sure that you don’t damage your body when exercising.  It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way, too exercise, while pushing your fitness to the limit. Don’t risk harming your body.
